Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software systems and applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Lead technical design discussions and code reviews to ensure best practices and standards are followed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and operations to deliver high-quality software products. Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and architecture. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and development frameworks. Troubleshoot and resolve critical software issues in production and development environments. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability. Conduct performance tuning, code optimization, and system refactoring as needed. Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential application to the business. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the US may be required.

Master of Science in Information Technology Management or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related is needed.
